The Beautiful Backdrop of Turks and Caicos In A Leopard Print Bikini

It may have been cold in New York City the weekend of December 3rd, 2016, but I was lounging on the beautiful beaches of Turks and Caicos.

A deal to visit the island came in while at work. The only thing that kept me away from diving into the clear blue water was $184. Despite other people's wishes, I decided to make this my very first solo trip.

Anxious and a bit nervous, I will admit this trip was incredibly exciting for me. I spent 4 days and 3 nights in this amazing island. I saw the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The shallow water, the sun hitting my skin and the serenity of it all. It felt divine.

Grace Bay beach: I literally felt like I walked into a post card. My spirit immediately lifted and I felt this sudden peace come over me.

Cooper Jack Bay beach: The water there was so shallow, warm and beautiful. For reference, I am 5'4 and this is me in the middle of the ocean.

Sunset Bay beach: By God, if you ever wanted to see the most beautiful sunset in the world, this is the place to be. I was in aw by how stunning this place is. By far the most romantic and seductive place in the world. Engagement worthy!

This island has quickly become my favorite short haul place to visit. I was very fortunate to meet a native who showed me around. He took me fishing, snorkeling, and drove me to the most remote places on the island where I was able to see some of the most beautiful yet unusual things. For instance, "The Hole", as seen below, located in Providenciales, is created by a massive limestone of 60 feet . According to my wonderful guide, this has become a tourist attraction and brave souls alike. Don't be clumsy or miss a step, you might loose your life.
